We are Healers of the highest Integrity. We are Shamans whose work is about facilitating healing, creating sacred spaces, and shedding light onto the paths of others.

So often in our culture I hear the offer, "What can we do for you?" This is an approach that I suppose is fixed in our psyche due to the corporate model we are all so used to observing. To me as a shaman in the "old way," it is more appropriate to ask "what can you do for you." This is the real question worth looking at. It is within the personal power of each one of us to lead ourselves; to take active charge of our lives; and to consciously make decisions that will bring us into a more aware way of being. This is not something anyone can really do for another, although it is natural to wish such things for another. What I am suggesting is that we each are ready to step to the next level only when we are ready. When one does this it is hugely liberating and empowering. Nobody can do this for you, you must do it for yourself. Anything else will rob you of the growth you earn by having your own experiences.

When we work for something for ourselves, not only is it personally empowering for us, but we have more appreciation for our accomplishments than if it were handed to us. We know exactly what it took to get to where we are today by what we've had to do to get ourselves here. So it is true of healing. The deepest healing will occur when the individual makes a co-commitment to being part of the healing process. To make the changes stick in your own life you must do the work required to make that happen. This is where the shaman is the "facilitator" of your journey, but it is still your journey and you are responsible for it. This is how it should be. When you implement the changes that need to occur and let in what needs to be, miracles can happen. Likewise, if you are not ready to do that you can stall your own progress. Within yourself you contain everything you need. You are the Divine and that power lies within you.
